My husband of 15 years said he fell outta love with me and wants a divorce I've tried everything he also says he just wants to be friends and has been having an affair with another female she is here at our place and he has not been affectionate for almost a week. They always spend time with each other, more than me. I feel like I'm falling apart! I love my husband very much. He said its bc of me cheating on him in the past; but he's cheated on me too! I'm so hurt. What should I do to save my marriage? I'm not giving up on him no matter what he puts me through I love him to much to just quit.
My husband has checked out and has moved out as of today. He doesn’t want to try and wants freedom. Blaming everything on me in our 15 years together. Yes, I have been angry, lonely and pushing just plain messy with the fighting over things and emotions just to save or thinking I was doing the right things and save our marriage and family. Totally need help and at this point if it is possible to change what is going on.
Will this help abusive relationships too?
My wife had moved out. I love my family. I was disrespectful. And thought I knew it all. She is all the family I really have. I do have family but I grew up without a great foundation. Is it possible to get my wife back?
None
Want to reconnect with her n redeem myself
I understand your desire to do this Bill. I also want you to know you can do this without her participation. Begin treating her now, the way you wish you would have, as well as others in your presence is a great way to begin.
My wife has checked out on me and doesn't want to try anymore
Hi Steve, this dose not mean she does not care about you...she has just run out of emotional gas by continuing to do all she knows how to do, without much progress.
I do not have any questions
Is it possible without my husband to participate
Hi Kim 🙂 Absolutey. It is very common for our clients to come to us where one partner participates before the other one joins in. Sometimes the other partner never joins in, but it is absolutely possible for one person to create change in a relationship.
