Coaching Agreement & Principles

By purchasing or participating in any coaching session or program, you agree to the following principles:

  • We proceed at a pace that respects the growth and readiness of both partners.
  • Skill-building takes priority before addressing deeper relational challenges.
  • Strong emotions may require individual therapy or additional external support.

Refund Policy

We offer a one-time refund for your initial session if requested during or immediately after the session. No refunds will be issued for multi-session packages, workshops, programs, or ongoing services. Unused sessions from purchased packages never expire and can be utilized or gifted.

Payment & Fees

All payments are due prior to scheduled sessions or at the beginning of service. Failure to pay will result in suspended access or termination of services.

Communication

Communications via our website or other platforms (email, comments, social media) are not confidential and may be shared or republished. Do not submit inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

Indemnification & Liability
